Army Force Development FDB Senior Analyst (Mobility)
position for our customer in
Arlington, VA . We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Defense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates; the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology): and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honored to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract.

SecretPosition Description:
Requires an understanding of tactical and operational experience and familiarity with operations and equipment in Army Engineer units.Army or Marine Corps Engineer preferred.Experience could also be in Military Police, or Chemical Corps units.Requires Force Development experience, especially POM/PPBE experience.Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and recommendations in support of validation, prioritization, and approval of future requirements to include validation of Army JCIDS documents in support of the AROC or JROC process.Manage the programming and budget associated with Engineer Military Police, and Chemical Corps-associated capabilities.Minimum Qualifications:
DoD Army Force Development/Force Management experience.HQDA or equivalent level experience (Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force).Army Force Management School Courses such as How The Army Runs (HTAR) or Any such courses.Bachelor's DegreePreferred:
8 years of DOD Force Development experience.Experience with Pentagon/DOD staff or acquisition assignments.Company Benefits:
