Overview:
We're seeking an IT-oriented Scrum Master with a background in testing or development. The ideal candidate will guide and empower teams through Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:•Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.•Empower the team to self-organize, make decisions, and meet project goals.•Identify and remove impediments to streamline development or testing processes.•Foster transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.•Track and report on key Agile metrics, providing regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.•Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.•Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT, focusing on testing or development.•Strong understanding of Agile principles.•Excellent communication and coaching skills.
