Certification Details WI RN License AHA BLS Job Details Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Medical/Surgical 8th Floor - 12 hr NOCS - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs Start time: 530p Weekend: Every other Holiday Requirements: As needed Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset Minimum Experience Required: 3 years experience as an RN REQUIRED Travel experience - highly preferred Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED Scrub Colors: Black Primary Cases: CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, cellulitis - Potential for Wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, stable drips Patient Ratio: Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current), Days & Nights 1:5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA/LPN) Job Requirements WI RN License AHA BLS 3 years experience as an RN REQUIRED Travel experience - highly preferred EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates Schedule Information Contract length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence Start time: 530p Weekend: Every other Holiday Requirements: As needed Unit Specific Information Medical/Surgical 8th Floor - 12 hr NOCS Patient Ratio: Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current), Days & Nights 1:5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA/LPN) Primary Cases: CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, cellulitis - Potential for Wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, stable drips Additional Details GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
