Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst Job Location: San Antonio, TX OR Plano, TX OR Phoenix, AZ (Onsite Preferred) Duration: Full Time/Permanent Hire Required Skills: 5+ years of exp in P&C insurance domain and functional testing 3+ years of exp in working in Test management suite like JIRA /HP ALM for Test Management. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Customizing the Guidewire Product Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies Knowledge in Data Model Development Business Logic (Rules) Development Knowledge in PCF Screen ( User Interface) Development Development using Gosu for Classes and Enhancement LOB Mapping Requirement Elicitation Participate in workshops Prepare Design documents Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Performing requirements analysis. Knowledge of Software Configuration management validate applications in various environments. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
