Supervisor, Master Scheduler
in Tomah, WI.
This position will plan and prepare master production schedules for the manufacturing of products according to the demand, capacity, and scheduling parameters in accordance with direction from the materials manager. Supervise, coach, and support scheduling functions within the location.Sponsorship:

This opportunity is on-site at The Toro Company, in Tomah, WI.
Supervisor candidates should prepare for 5-days on-site for the majority of the schedule.
This is a salaried role, and successful applicants will be available to support core business hours.
Core business hours typically begin between 6:00 a.m -. 7:00 a.m., and departure time is generally around 2:30 pm - 3:30 p.m. EDT.What Will You Do?
In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:Develop a master schedule based on forecasted sales and marketing projections to meet sales targets. Create, publish, and maintain detailed rolling schedules for 12-24 months that balance the sales needs with the efficient operation of the Tomah production site.
Analyze production requirements and plant capacity data.
Assess plant production levels, and finished goods inventory levels, and seek to balance the load while keeping inventories in line with defined goals.
Maintain a strategic partnership and provide guidance to the forecasting manager, department manager, supervisors, and planners regarding the status of NPD and other manufacturing projects pertinent to scheduling.
Attend and participate in department and plant tier meetings as required. Participate in ITP/IBP meetings collaborating with appropriate personnel and updating IBP data and conducting scenario-based planning as required.
Lead a team of production schedulers to achieve desired business results.
Lead employees in the Daily Management System (DMS) and the Toro Business System (TBS).

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
3+ years of related experience in materials, planning, and manufacturing required.
2+ years of lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
SAP Prior experience is required; with a detailed understanding of SAP and other business systems.
Advanced Excel experience required (VLOOKUP Tables, PIVOT tables, etc.); and proficient MS suite to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Demonstrated success with Power BI strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complexities.
Ability to resolve everyday issues and tackle diverse workflow, process, and complex problems with minimal standardization.
Other Job-Related Components?
Typical office environment as it pertains to lighting, temperature, and noise level when in administrative/operations offices.
Manufacturing setting with moving equipment and varying lighting, temperature, and noise levels
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse, and to handle other computer components.
Ability to stand and walk including climbing stairs, up to six (6) hours a day.
