Title - CNA Location - Issaquah WA 98029 Contract - 13 Weeks Shift - Evening (5x8 Hours) 14:00 22:30Description:Long Term Care CNA - Issaquah WA - Start Date: ASAP - Shift: 8hr Eves (40hrs/wk; may occasionally need to work other shifts, but primary need is for Eves) - Ratios: 1:15-25 - Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience - First-Timers Accepted: No - Weekend REQ: Every other weekend - Certs REQ: BCLS - Is On-Call REQ?: No - Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: 40 (per contract) Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
