Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee high-end residential renovations and new builds from start to finish.
- Manage client communications, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Conduct site visits for quality control and to address any on-site challenges.
- Handle estimating and product procurement to ensure budget adherence.
- Collaborate with the design and architecture team for a seamless project experience.
- Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring organization and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience building commercial projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
- software's ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
The right candidate will receive:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential project management.
- Strong background in interior renovations and design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Field experience with a solid understanding of construction processes.
- Knowledge of estimating and budgeting practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CoConstruct, MS Office, and Google Docs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
