As the Head of Product Design, you will be a key player in our user research efforts and create an inspiring and collaborative environment where your team thrives.Your expertise will guide the development of products that delight users, enhance usability, and drive business success. Conduct user research to analyze user flows, identify pain points, and find improvement opportunities.User-Centered Design:
Apply what we know about our viewer and creator personas to design new features, test them with real users, and improve them based on what we learn.Strategic Vision and Execution:
Define and communicate a vision for innovative design solutions. Use research and data to create high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Drive the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with product goals.Leadership and Team Development:
Recruit, mentor, and guide a growing team of designers and researchers. Foster an inclusive, diverse, and inspiring environment, encouraging creative excellence.Collaboration:
Work with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to identify design opportunities and prioritize projects, lead conceptual development and streamline processes, and create and refine interaction flows and prototypes with a focus on visual excellence.Operational Excellence:

$225,000 - $270,000 annually.
