As a leader in the creative department, you will drive the development of high-impact visual solutions for our branding, digital, and advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in a collaborative environment and is committed to elevating brand storytelling through innovative design.Responsibilities:Conceptualize and implement visual aspects of marketing materials, campaigns, and presentationsDevelop innovative visual strategies to enhance brand effectiveness and engagement in B2C and B2B initiativesElevate the company’s brand identity and presence, ensuring consistency across all visual communicationsCollaborate with the creative director, other designers, and cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and design concepts that meet business objectivesOversee the design and production of digital and print materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirementsDraft and finalize creative briefs based on project briefings and ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables includedObtain stakeholder feedback and final approval on creative materialsEstablish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client serviceDevelop top-tier, scalable presentation approaches, styles, and techniquesOversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational useCollaborate with a small team of designers (in-house and/or freelance) on an as needed basis and on specific projectsCoordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to execute campaigns and projectsPresent creative concepts and designs to stakeholders, clearly articulating creative choices and showing strategic alignment with business goalsDemonstrate a strong design POV with an eye for color, composition, and layoutContribute to maintaining a well-organized asset library per department standardsAnalyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscapeQualifications:7+ years experience with digital design and digital asset production at high volumes with an agency, studio, or in-house network in the Entertainment or Consumer Brand spaceAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma skillsStrong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative thinkingProven experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative executionMeticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing the highest quality work to specAdvanced understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamAbility to think creatively and justify concepts to team membersAbility to work quickly and efficientlyProven ability to solve challenges and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related fieldCompensation:Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below.
