Monday - Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pmWhat You’ll Do (Job Duties)The Manager Assistant reports directly to the General Manager, providing essential administrative and technical support to ensure smooth operations of associations. Responsibilities include assisting the Manager with various duties such as drafting correspondence, maintaining action lists, and updating association documents. They also manage calendars for major projects, assist with research projects, monitor insurance certificates, coordinate vendor meetings, handle invoices, order office supplies, distribute homeowner notices, supervise front desk activities, transcribe meeting minutes, and support the Manager in preparing reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.Who You Are (Skills/Experience)At least 2 years of administrative experience. HOA or property management experience is highly desired.Must be a self-starter with strong organizational skills.Familiar with MS Office and a minimum typing speed of 50-60 wpm.Must exercise sound judgement and demonstrate flexibility.Professional appearance and demeanor.Excellent verbal and written communication.Why You’ll Love Working at ActionAt Action Property Management, we believe in creating an environment where you truly love where you work.
