Position / Specialty: OT OutpatientShift: 5x8 Days (0800-1500)Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.First-timers accepted: Yes.Weekend REQ: rotating every 6 weeksIs on-call REQ? No.Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.Open to accommodating block schedule? Schedule is M-F blocked with weekend req.Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.Must have active IL license in hand or application in process with ETA to apply.RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Outpatient, Adult Rehabilitation Facility.Required Adult Case Skills/Experience: CVA Rehabilitation, Traumatic brain injury, Lower Extremity, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity.Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound.Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement.Job Requirements
Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls.Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessment.Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments.Schedule Information
