As a company founded by and for nurses, we're attuned to the challenges that our colleagues face. From inflexible schedules, back-to-back shifts, and denied time off requests, it's no surprise that our profession is seeing record levels of burnout. But we're here to change that. We've created a company built around a very simple concept, that nurse professionals shouldn't have to choose between their careers and their personal lives — and we're not turning back.

When you join our team you finally get the work-life balance that you need and you get to set that balance every day. Need to scale back your hours so you can begin that degree program at Boston College? No problem.
