We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs). Our LPNs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. All of our clients live within our gated retirement community, which means no travel once you are on campus!What we offer:Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of ageOnsite CVS Pharmacy, with discounts, for easy access to life's necessities30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted prices!Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesAn onsite physicians group dedicated to only serving Erickson Senior Living residentsCompensation: Up to $35.00/hour based on experience, including shift diffsWhat you will need:Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse registered with Virginia Board of NursingCurrent first aide & CPR certification requiredHelp people live better lives by:Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident's clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident's care and service needs.Supervising and leading care associatesAdministering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and careResponding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional mannerParticipating in the review of clinical indicator reviews - falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leaderGreenspring is a beautiful 58-acre continuing care retirement community in Springfield, Virginia.
