Qualifications and Skills
Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational programHigh school graduation, GED, or equivalentDegree from an approved LPN training program1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
