Duties and Responsibilities
Order entry and plan management in carrier systemsSet up new phone & tablet devices this will include, setting up security profiles, loading apps, etc.Apply product for waterproofingApply glass protector screensOnce phone is set up re-package and create shipping labelMaintaining internal database and ticketing systemsShipping and receivingOther duties as assigned
Skills and Qualities
Strong verbal and written communication skillsReliableProblem solverAbility to multitaskTechnical support skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionSelf-starter who can stay on task
Experience
Customer serviceExperience working for a cellular provider in B2B or retail environment is highly desired and beneficialExperience with Apple and Samsung products is highly desiredSomeone who has worked as and Help Desk associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18-$20.00 per hour DOE
