Summary The Program Integrator will assist program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with a business focus or technical focus is required. In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area, plus an additional three (3) years of direct related experience are required. Familiarity with Plan-It preferred. Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel preferred including experience with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts. Active DoD TS//SCI Security Clearance with Poly is required. Program Integrator, Jr. Four (4) years of experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Seven (7) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma. Program Integrator, Mid Eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Eleven (11) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma. Program Integrator, Senior Twelve (12) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management with a Bachelor's degree as described above. Fifteen (15) years of experience is required with a High School Diploma. Scheduling experience is desired for some openings.
