Job Description:
Experience required: 2 years' desktop support experience. Windows and Mac OS experience. Cloud technology knowledge. PC Builds and deployments experience. ServiceNow ticketing system familiarity. Troubleshooting application issues. O365 and other app troubleshooting. Azure AD understanding. Excellent communication skills. VPN troubleshooting ability. Basic Networking experience. Domain accounts and group permissions management. Support for remote sites around the Airport. Essential Education/Certification(s): Associate in Applied Science (AS) or equivalent. A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or 2 years of hands-on computer repair experience.
