Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP MM Consultant to join our team. The SAP MM Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP MM module functionalities to optimize our materials management processes and support business objectives.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand materials management requirements and translate them into SAP MM solutions.Configure SAP MM module settings to support procurement, inventory management, purchasing, and invoice verification processes.Design and implement procurement processes, including purchase requisition, purchase order, and vendor evaluation.Configure material master data, purchasing info records, and source determination settings.Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants and technical teams to integrate MM module with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), FI (Financial Accounting), and PP (Production Planning).Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP MM module.Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and new functionalities related to MM module.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the MM module.Document configurations, processes, and solutions as per company standards.
