NA has a client in Chandler, AZ that is seeking a skilled Network Technician to join their team and play a crucial role in transitioning Arista devices to Juniper devices within their data center environment. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in data center networking, cabling, rack/stack procedures, and have familiarity with Juniper and Arista equipment.
Device Transitioning: * Participate in transition process from Arista to Juniper devices in the data center * Ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to network operations during the transition * Decommission Networking Devices Data Center:
* Perform routine checks and maintenance of data center networking infrastructure; Demonstrate a strong understanding of data center network infrastructure Network Infrastructure Management: * Manage and troubleshoot network-related issues * Implement and maintain network security protocols * Confidently comprehend Port Mappings * Understand Different Types of SFPs Cabling and Rack/Stack: * Oversee cabling installations and ensure proper organization
* Conduct rack and stack procedures for network equipment
Required Skills : * Proven experience in transitioning network devices in a data center environment * In-depth knowledge of data center networking, including architecture and best practices * Familiarity with Juniper and Arista devices is highly desirable * Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving network issues promptly * Proficiency in cabling installations and maintaining organized rack/stack configurations * Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in Juniper and/or Arista networking technologies * Experience with network security implementations * Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends * Knowledge of LAN/WAN Networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologiesRank :A2Requested Date :2024-01-19
