With over 23 programs, we offer multiple ways to aid seniors maintain their health, well-being, independence and participation in the community, fulfilling our mission.IOA is seeking an interim Database Administrator its Philanthropy department. This is a part-time, temporary position with an immediate start.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing lists, coding constituents, and tracking outcomes for print, online, appeals, events, and other campaignsPerforming complex queries, exports, and reports, as well as database quality control and cleanupEnsuring all gift and donor data is collected and stored properlyProcessing all gifts and data and generating timely gift acknowledgementsMaintaining standard operating procedures for use of the database and department operations including activities related to prospect management, cultivation, solicitation and stewardshipPreparing donor and fundraising reportsMaintaining and processing donations, ticket purchases, and event registrations in RE and NXTREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3 years of experience in database management and administration, query writing, prospect and constituent managementProficiency working with Raiser's Edge and RE NXT software

Salary Range: $35.00 - $38.00 / hour
