The Opportunity The Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration will be responsible for the vision, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce within EfficiencyOne. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, combined with strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have the capability to develop and execute a strategic roadmap that maximizes the return on investment (ROI) from Salesforce. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a remote/hybrid team of seven, including analysts, administrators, and technical specialists. Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity. Provide strong leadership to drive agility and prioritization to meet annual scorecard and workplan commitments and deliver on energy savings. Strengthen team operations to deliver an optimal shared services model for the organization. Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Salesforce implementation, focusing on maximizing ROI and improving overall efficiency. Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, EnergyOrbit and potential additional Salesforce, SaaS, and AI integrations. Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize the Salesforce application layer. Ensure Salesforce is utilized effectively across the organization, conducting audits and implementing best practices. Provide thought leadership in the adoption of Salesforce, driving innovative solutions that align with EfficiencyOnes growth objectives. Act as a key stakeholder in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems. Change Management & Communication: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during Salesforce updates and new implementations. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on Salesforce performance and strategic direction. Engage with executive leadership to align Salesforce initiatives with overall business goals. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 15 years of Salesforce administrator experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and system architecture. Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud , and Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of AI integrations. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Visionary leader with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business value. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration with other CRM systems. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flow automation. Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and data modelling best practices. Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, and data connectors (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Expertise in data migration and data cleansing techniques. Ability to oversee and guide the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations. Experience in conducting system audits and implementing best practices to optimize Salesforce performance. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior leadership.
