Job Title: Specialist, System Administration Job Code: 12546 Job Location : Melbourne, FL Job Description: Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Centos Linux systems Familiarity with Windows Server Experience deploying infrastructure through automation Experience customizing/optimizing/trouble shooting enterprise level applications Experience in using and creating LDAP for Windows and LINUX IDM Experience with testing applications such as Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket Experience in Creating and using Containers in a LINUX and Windows Environment Experience with installing and maintaining VMware tools (vCenter, vSphere, vMotion Experience Installing/configuring/maintaining and documenting Dell server Raid 1 Experience Installing/configuring/maintaining and documenting Synology Network attached Storage (NAS) Raid 6 Experience with account management through LDAP and SecureID Experience in the use of Health and status monitoring tools (Splunk, Solarwinds) Experience with implementing and maintaining Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) in compliance with RMF security frameworks on Linux and Windows components Experience in software installation/compatibility trouble shooting/patch management Experience in Linux automation using Kickstart, Podman and Ansible Security administration experience in support of RMF requirements Demonstrated knowledge RMF and cybersecurity requirements Demonstrated ability to document changes to all components on the system and maintain configuration management Ability to integrate RMF principles into ground-up builds Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks Experience in the use of IT tools for managing and troubleshooting complex computer networks Experience with Virtualization (KVM), Backup Technologies such as NAS, SAN, iSCSI, SAS Work must be accomplished onsite Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience or, Master's Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or, In Lieu of a Degreee, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification Secret Clearance PreferredAdditional Skills: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level 3 certification (e.g. CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH). Current Linux Certifications such as: RedHat Certification (RHCSA or RHCE) CompTIA Linux LPIC (any level) SANS GCUX Previous experience supporting DoD & IC Government customers Experience with continuous integration, build management, and/or automated test frameworks Hardware/software requirement verification/system validation experience Demonstrated ability to work and grow in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment Experience supporting DoD/government customers Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems Experience with microservices, containers (i.e., docker) TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly is highly desired
