Help Desk Technician

,

you will:Assist and advise in the development and implementation of special projectsInstall and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.Diagnose computer hardware and software problems.Schedule maintenance and/or repair of IT equipment with vendors.Maintain upgrade and repair records.Provide hands-on training to faculty and staff using a variety of technological software and hardware.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in instructional technology integrated in the academic learning communities, training videos and documentation.Strong understanding of HW and SW inventories of academic classrooms, smart technologies, computer labs, mobile devicesExperience in video conferencing, video, and audio presentations with computer equipment, software, and related resources and equipmentQualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Salary Range*:

$25 to $30 Per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
