Certification Details Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH & KY License Job Details Blackout Dates: 11.24-11.30 & 12.15-1.4 – Must work 1 holiday eve & 1 holiday or work 2 holiday day. Auto-Offer Parameters: Requested time off – HWS has approval to process up to 5 days in the offer sent to the vendor. Anything more will have to be reviewed and approved by the manager.
