The Agile Program Manager/ Coordinator is the driving force behind our delivery and a critical resource on our program delivery team. We're searching for a highly skilled professional who possesses extensive experience in overseeing and managing infrastructure projects, alongside a strong background in software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of both realms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all aspects of project execution.
Responsibilities:•Servant Leader with a passion to help Agile teams thrive and deliver high value to the organization.•Experienced with delivering complex, cross functional infrastructure and software development projects.•Schedule and lead planning, program increment refinement, sprint refinement, Scrum of SCRUMs, sprint planning meetings, and other Agile and quality ceremonies.•Coach, mentor and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements.•Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and client Stakeholders to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals.•Establishing communication with stakeholders and project teams.•Coordinate with project managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources.•Identify, monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle•Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans•Keeping an account of the progress of the project.•Ensuring that the project is completed on time and with good quality.•Assisting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality.•Holding teams responsible for their commitments.•Eliminating roadblocks.
Required skills:•10+ years' experience in project or program management, preferably in Agile environments.•Experience managing multiple project teams, coordinating releases, and overseeing complex projects or programs.•Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.•Solid understanding of software development processes and infrastructure technologies•Strengths in planning, organizational navigation, and building / managing cross-team relationships.•Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification•Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience required, and certification highly preferred.•Experience with Jira workflows, dash boards and reporting.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze critical information and present recommendations to team and to leadership.•Strong attention to detail.•Identifying, collecting, and analyzing metric data.•Able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
