Job Summary:
The Technical Pod Lead/IAM SME is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the assessment pod. This role serves as the subject matter expert on IAM best practices, standards, and controls, and ensures the quality and consistency of the assessment deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the pod membersServe as the subject matter expert on IAM best practices, standards, and controlsReview and validate the assessment findings and recommendations provided by the Application Security EngineersEngage with app owners to clarify technical details and provide guidance on remediation optionsCollaborate with other Pod Leads to ensure consistency in approach and share best practicesRequired Skills and Experience:
7+ years of experience in IAM, with a deep understanding of IAM best practices, standards, and frameworksTechnical experience in SailPoint, Okta, Cyberark and BeyondTrust for Privileged Access ManagementStrong technical skills, with the ability to assess the effectiveness of IAM controlsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to lead and mentor team membersRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
