KVH Family Medicine Ellensburg is a Hospital-owned clinic that sees patients of all ages. This highly functioning team is the Primary Care backbone in Kittitas County. Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants round out the medical care team while numerous Patient Service Representatives ensure smooth operation on the front end of the clinic.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Completion of appropriate License or Certification, including

Washington State LicenseDrug Enforcement AdministrationNational Provider Identifier

Completion of residencyBoard Certification in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineAdvanced Cardiac Life Support certification (maintenance required)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Wage:

Wage is $303,524, this is a guaranteed base salary for the first year of employment. We anticipate a change to a team based production contract once we have built our Care Team program. Plus 10% employer contribution to pension plan.
