Shift Options 1st Shift | 4 AM - 4 PM | Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday | $16/hr. 2nd Shift | 4 PM - 4 AM | Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday | $17/hr. 3rd Shift | 4 AM - 4 PM | Friday - Sunday every other Thursday | $17/hr. 4th Shift | 4 PM - 4 AM | Friday - Sunday every other Thursday | $18/hr. Shift hours may change based on Shutterfly's production needs No experience is necessary. An interested candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand the entire shift, and perform repetitive actions with their hands and arms. Production Operator tasks include performing daily tasks in the bindery area of books and cards, safely operating equipment equivalent to stickers and smashers, performing quality checks, preparing work for the next assembly operation, and maintaining a clean work area.
