Position - Storage Operational PM Location - Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Duration - Contract Position Responsibilities for IT infrastructure project manager A leader within the Service Delivery team, responsible for ensuring stability of BMO's mission critical Storage infrastructure. Manage relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers, including setting expectations regarding deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs. Provids overall people-care management for direct reports, including hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans aligned with business priorities, coaching, and career development. Lead the strategic creation of project metrics and tools. Total lifecycle management of initial installation of new systems to the retirement and disposal of old devices in accordance with appropriate directives and regulations Develop team processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain infrastructure operational readiness (scalability, availability) Review project work deliverables for the entire team Management of a team that is responsible for maintenance, management and L2 support of data storage solutions, utilizing EMC Symmetrix/DMX/VMAX and Clariion arrays. End to end ownership Storage from an operational perspective Ensuring process, procedures and controls are auditable and Risk/Control is imbedded into all aspects of the operation.
