As a High Net Worth Personal Lines Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and managing insurance programs tailored to affluent individuals, families, and high-profile clients. You will work closely with underwriters, brokers, and carriers to secure optimal coverage solutions for luxury homes, fine art, high-value vehicles, yachts, and other unique assets. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored insurance proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and partners to ensure a superior level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customized insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients, including coverage for luxury homes, collections, high-value vehicles, yachts, and personal liability.

Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate favorable terms, coverage limits, and premium rates based on clients' unique risk profiles.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the high-net-worth segment and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Present insurance proposals to clients, explaining complex coverages and endorsements in clear and concise terms.

Maintain and grow strong relationships with insurance carriers, underwriters, and brokers to facilitate competitive and comprehensive insurance packages.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and market changes.

Lead client meetings, risk assessments, and policy reviews, ensuring that client needs are fully understood and met.

Work collaboratively with internal account teams to support the onboarding of new clients and the renewal process for existing accounts.

Manage high-net-worth client portfolios, providing ongoing consultation and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage.

Stay informed of industry trends, new products, and market developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in personal lines insurance, 5+ years of experience with high-net-worth clients.

Strong knowledge of luxury asset protection, including homes, vehicles, collections, and liability coverage.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to assess risk accurately.

Familiarity with luxury lifestyle and the specific insurance needs of affluent clients.

Insurance licenses in relevant lines (Property & Casualty) required.

Proficiency in insurance management software and CRM tools.
