Responsibilities:
The Commercial Escrow Closing Assistant (on-site) assists in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements. This associate will ensure our customers and stakeholders are satisfied with our service and develop/participate in marketing to attract and retain clients. The Commercial Escrow Closing Assistant creates a positive image for Lennar by answering inquiries while assisting and communicating effectively to all parties including agents, stakeholders, customers, and underwriting.
- Ability to process cash, loan, refinance and other commercial transactions, independently, from contract execution to closing
- Ability to spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Performs assigned clerical duties, administrative duties at times.
- Maintains the log books - Mailing, postage and distribution of mail
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Commercial experience a must
- Microsoft Office experience required

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
