Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Litigation Associate with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team in Chicago. This role offers the potential to join as an Income Partner, with any portable or partial book of business being welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload, focusing on complex civil litigation matters.

Oversee and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff as our office continues to grow.

Handle cases involving fires and explosions, product liability, construction defects, and professional liability, with experience in these areas highly preferred.

Engage in both local and potential national travel, depending on case assignments.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience.

Illinois Bar admission is required.

Proven ability to lead and manage legal teams.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
