We are seeking Attorneys with 5+ years of experience in bodily injury/premises liability. The role involves handling matters statewide and requires proven skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research. Federal court experience is preferred, and candidates must be admitted in Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance defense cases related to bodily injury/premises liability
- Conduct legal research and analysis
