Salary: $245,000 - $320,000 per year

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced corporate attorney to join their Wilmington, DE offices. This career opportunity is with a growing national Am Law 200 firm that specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation. Practice disciplines include corporate transactions, tax, trusts & estates, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations among others.

Interested candidates must have 4 years minimum of substantive corporate transactional experience, preferably from an Am Law or comparable big law setting. You will join a dynamic and reputable team of experienced attorneys who provide services for corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, finance, and securities compliance to a diverse mix of domestic and international businesses.
