If you’ve worked at industry leaders like Digital Asset, R3 Corda, JPM Onyx, Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, or PayPal—or similar companies at the forefront of payments and financial technology—this could be the opportunity to shape the future of payments infrastructure!

As the Head of Banking GTM & Revenue, you will be responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy for the banking vertical and driving revenue growth for our cutting-edge platform. You will work closely with the leadership team, sales, product, and marketing to develop and execute scalable strategies that engage key players in the banking and financial services industries. This is a pivotal role in a rapidly growing company that’s making waves in the fintech space.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to accelerate adoption in the banking sector.
  • Own revenue targets and build innovative strategies to drive success in banking and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technology in banking, digital assets, and payments infrastructure.
  • Lead the development of scalable sales processes and optimize the sales funnel to meet growth objectives.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader, attending industry events and engaging with top-tier partners.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in go-to-market or revenue leadership roles within banking, fintech, payments, or digital assets.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Expertise in payments infrastructure, banking-related technology, and implementing innovative payment strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of settlement, custody, and market infrastructures, including top-tier global banks, central banks, and Real-Time Payments systems.
  • Experience with both traditional and emerging finance sectors at companies such as R3 Corda, HQLAx, Fnality, Onyx, Partior, TCH, LCH, Stripe, PayPal, Goldman Sachs, etc.
  • Strong leadership experience in sales, revenue generation, and client engagement across areas like treasury, securities, trade, and operations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior banking executives.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
