We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to provide high-quality, personalized care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual therapy, rehab, rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and provide recommendations for care management.
  2. Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient performance.
  3. Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs by offering comprehensive physical therapy services.
  4. Provide manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to patients.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
  6. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  7. Provide education to patients and families about injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercises.
  8. Participate in professional development activities and stay current with the latest physical therapy techniques and advancements.
  9. Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy.
  10. Take an active role in patient advocacy and work to improve the patient experience.

Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  3. Expertise in manual therapy, rehab, rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation.
  4. Current licensure or certification to practice physical therapy in the state.
  5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster effective patient relationships.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple patient caseloads effectively.
  8. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software.
  9. A strong commitment to patient care and maintaining up-to-date knowledge in the field.
  10. Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the demands of physical therapy procedures.
