full-time Maintenance Supervisor

Rate:
Commensurate with experience and position.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus on-call after-hours as needed for emergency maintenance on a rotating schedule.

Role and Responsibilities:Assist with and oversee resident work orders in apartments.Assist with and oversee turnover of apartments.May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.Appliance repair.Customer service.Salt / Snow removal duties.Rotating On-Call duties.May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
Prior residential maintenance experience is required.Working cell phone.Excellent customer service skills.Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.High School Diploma/GED.
