Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient

Pre-Sales Engineer

with expertise in physical security systems, particularly with

Avigilon

products, to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, acting as a technical expert to support and deliver tailored solutions to our clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer interaction, and business acumen.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions related to

Avigilon

video surveillance, access control and physical security products.Present and demonstrate the capabilities of

Avigilon

systems and other security technologies to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the products' features and benefits.Design and architect customized physical security solutions based on client requirements, site conditions, and project scope.Develop proposals, including technical designs, equipment lists, and pricing, ensuring solutions meet both client expectations and company profitability goals.Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to recommend appropriate security measures and system configurations.Serve as the main point of contact for all technical questions during the sales cycle, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Support the sales team with presentations, demos, and technical Q&A sessions during meetings and conferences.Work with product management and engineering teams to provide client feedback and recommend product improvements.Stay up to date on

Avigilon

product advancements and industry trends to ensure the best technical advice and solutions are provided to clients.Assist with post-sales activities, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to deployment by working closely with the project implementation team.Provide technical training and support for clients and partners.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a similar technical role, with a focus on

physical security systems .In-depth knowledge of

Avigilon

products, including video surveillance, access control, and system integrations.Strong understanding of IP-based security systems and network architecture.Proven ability to design and propose security solutions based on customer needs and site conditions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Experience conducting site assessments, drafting proposals, and working on large-scale security projects.Strong problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Relevant certifications in Avigilon or other physical security systems (preferred).A track record of working effectively within a sales team and achieving revenue goals.Education:Bachelor's degree in information technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Full time position, Monday

Friday 8am

5pm, plus overtime if needed.TRAVEL:
