is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Staff Accountant

to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.Prepare and adjust journal entries for routine transactions and closing processes.Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and cash receipts.Record cash receipts and make bank depositsReconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions and supporting documentation.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Liaise with other departments to ensure proper accounting for transactions.Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions.Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.Provide financial analysis and reports to management as needed.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experienceProficiency with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, NetSuite, QuickBooks preferred)Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial dataAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Larson Capital Management, LLC offers a generous employee benefits & perks package:Profit Sharing Bonus Program401(k) Employer Match up to 4%Medical Insurance (HDHP HAS 5000 plan is 100% ER PD
