Senior Data Analyst Marketing
Location : Scottsdale, Arizona
Preference will be given to candidates in the Phoenix, Arizona area, but remote opportunities will be considered for the right fit.

Role Overview:
As our next Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be instrumental in helping our marketing team make data-driven decisions. You'll measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that directly shape our marketing strategy.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the marketing team behind industry leaders like Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins, gaining hands-on experience in a business where paid acquisition is critical.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with marketing analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Performance : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
Reporting & Marketing Trackers : Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers that measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value giving the marketing team a comprehensive view of campaign success.
A/B Testing : Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies and tactics.
Data Integrity : Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing quality standards. Work closely with Engineering and Web Development teams to implement and validate our marketing event tracking systems.
Qualifications:
3+ years of verifiable experience
in data analysis, with a strong focus on marketing analytics.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data analysis (experience with BigQuery is a huge plus).
Advanced skills in spreadsheets ( Excel ,
Google Sheets ).
Experience with data visualization tools ( Power BI ,
Tableau ).
Experience with marketing analytics tools like
Hyros ,
Triple Whale ,
Google Tag Manager ,
Google Analytics , and/or other event-based behavioral analytics tools such as
Snowplow .
Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search.
Familiarity with attribution methods, including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch models.
Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading the design and analysis of
A/B and multivariate testing .
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
