How you’ll make an impact:

The Senior Consumer Insights Analyst is integral to shaping our understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. This role involves leading and executing research projects across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate will excel in synthesizing data into strategic insights that guide key business decisions and mentor junior analysts.

What you’ll do:

Lead Strategic Research Projects:

Manage and execute large-scale qualitative and quantitative research projects that explore customer behaviors, experiences, and brand perceptions.

Develop and implement research methodologies that address key strategic objectives across different phases of the customer lifecycle.

Translate complex research findings into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance customer engagement, retention strategies, and brand positioning.

Advanced Data Analysis and Insight Generation:

Analyze survey data and customer insights to identify significant trends and relationships.

Utilize advanced statistical techniques to predict business outcomes based on research findings.

Create compelling visualizations of research data to clearly communicate insights to senior stakeholders.

Optimize Research Methodologies:

Develop and refine best practices for survey design, deployment, and data analysis.

Innovate new approaches to capturing and interpreting consumer and brand insights that keep pace with industry trends.

Ensure research methods are robust and capable of generating reliable and actionable insights.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate consumer and brand insights into business strategy and execution.

Present research findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.

Act as a thought leader and advocate for consumer and brand insights across the organization.

Mentorship and Development:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering their professional development and enhancing their analytical capabilities.

Lead by example in delivering high-quality, impactful research and insights.

Contribute to the development of team processes and best practices that promote excellence and efficiency.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or a related analytical role.

Proven experience in leading complex research projects and delivering strategic insights.

Thorough knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Experience in designing and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative research studies.

Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear, impactful recommendations.

Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

High level of analytical ability with a track record of solving complex problems and delivering actionable insights.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated passion for understanding consumer behavior, brand perceptions, and driving business results through insights.

Commitment to work quality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects to successful completion.
