Your expertise will shape the future of technology solutions.Work directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data and creation of process documentation
Prepare training agendas from release documentation, field service requirements or software documentation; ensuring that course material reflects current product features and customer requirements
Strive to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of their relationship with Trimble through proactive contact, excellent service delivery and appropriate relationship development
Work in close partnership with clients to determine their key requirements, collaboration objectives, and communicate these requirements back to key business functions

What Skills & Experience You Should BringBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of XX years of experience in a Professional Services Consulting role
Good presentation skills, training skills, client-management skills, relationship-building skills, requirements gathering experience, and negotiating skills
Excellent problem solving, risk mitigation and conflict resolution skills.
Strong initiative, customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues.
