ITSM is a way to measure, monitor, and manage IT services to ensure optimal service delivery and protect against downtime, security breaches, and fraud.Candidate must have knowledge and experience in planning and implementing IT Service Management processes, software, and tools to optimize IT service delivery and reduce costs.Conducting IT service quality assurance, monitoring, and analyzing performance issues.Supporting IT governance and audit requirements.Identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate existing IT performance against best practices.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science7/8 years of relevant IT experienceGood communication skills – written and spokenInteractions and exposure with senior leadershipITIL/ITSM Certification
