Follows all safety rules. Observes and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions immediately to their manager or proper authority.Sort, load/unload, and transport cargo and US Mail.Ensure assignments are completed accurately and in a timely manner, following all safety rules and regulations while providing good customer service.Computer data entry, preparation of flight documents, and acceptance and distribution of cargo in accordance with applicable air carriers.May be requested to perform other duties as assigned based on Manager's needs or airline activity.Qualifications:
Basic Computer skills.Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.Cargo handling and/or screening experience is preferred.Uses proper body mechanics while performing duties.Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Lifting requirement of standard 50 lbs.Demonstrates ability to work with others and interact appropriately.Able to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods.Possess empathetic abilities in dealing with passengers and their needs.Maintains communication with other agents and managers. Relates information regarding events or situations that may affect operations.
