Employer Description:We are an outpatient Physical and Hand Therapy clinic in southern California with 2 locations in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks providing a variety of services.
Compensation:$90k + negotiable.

Requirements of the OT/Hand Therapist
1 -2 years experience minimum in outpatient hand therapy work.Master's degree as Occupational Therapist.Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California.We use WebPTJob info and responsibilities of the OT/Hand Therapist:
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist with advanced hand therapy experience, CHT would be ideal but not required.
With the CHT certification we can offer better compensation right off the bat, but if it is your goal to become a CHT we will help you.
You need to have experience in Hand Therapy and be able to provide most of these services:
Evaluation (pre- and post-op)Splints (custom & prefabricated)Patient/Family EducationWritten Home ProgramsWound CareKinetic TapingThermal and Electrical ModalitiesStrength & Endurance TrainingInjury Prevention ProgramsScar and Pain ManagementEdema ControlManual Therapy Desensitization
We would like to see in you someone with good communication skills, friendly and cooperative, and if you can speak some Spanish that would be even better.
Our growing outpatient company provides physical therapy, work hardening, hand therapy, pediatrics, Pilates, pelvic floor and more to a patient population from pediatrics to geriatrics.
We have openings in Thousand Oaks and in Oxnard.
