The Geospatial Data Scientist will collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive multi-INT, multi-source strategies to address intelligence problems.Responsibilities:

Create tasking and dissemination requirementsAdjudicate requirementsReport on end-to-end GEOINT system performance dataDevelop strategies that balance customer need with platform availability and capabilityProvide technical expertise to working groupsTasking database (Standing Deck Task), coordinate, and collaborate to answer all intelligence problemsSupport development of automated multi-INT collection strategies in support of ABI/OBP CONOPS using GIMSDemonstrated ability and experience using Geospatial Information Management Systems (GIMS), Web FishtoolsUse analytic tools to develop models, visualize data, and perform a range of analyses (e.g., systems analysis, comparative analysis)Document and visualize data both temporally and spatially to assist in data integrity checks, ask the next question, and display analytical assessmentsApply emerging and innovative analysis techniques to answer key intelligence questionsProvide technical consultation into the development, evaluation, use, and deployment of solutions to optimize GEOINT analysis and productionMust have:

3 years of experience in data or using machine learning to extract imagesExperience with PythonNice to have:

Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, mathematics, statistics, earth science, quantitative social sciences, geographic information science, computer science, physics, or a related field.Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques to solve complex problems using analytic tools and techniques such as GIS, quantitative methods and data visualization, modeling, systems analysis, comparative analysis, and database development.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data mining, cleansing, and exploring spatial, temporal, and non-spatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.Security Clearance:

An active TS/SCI clearance is requiredAs required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
