Join our world-class team today!Position Specific DescriptionJob Duties & Responsibilities:Assist with Development and Configuration of AMS Application Health DashboardHelp design and implement solutions with Automation and AICompletes challenging projects and assignmentsUtilize ServiceNow (the #1 used enterprise level tool) where you will explore various AMS skills such as:Utilizing the ITIL service management framework to outline best practicesLearning about ITOM, which we focus on Certificate Management and CMDB managementReport automation and schedulingServiceNow Data analysisPresents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internshipAssumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the programPerforms other job-related duties as assignedPreferred knowledge of:PythonScriptingApplication integrationServiceNowRequired Qualifications
High school grad / GEDMaintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree programMaintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higherPreferred Qualifications
