Lead management and Scheduling:
You will be responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for our Service Professionals.Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers:
You’ll communicate with customers to guide them through their projects and assist with managing their expectations.Create Life-Long Customers:

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:Live within the area; this is an in-person positionHave 2+ years of experience in an office settingPrevious SERVICE TITAN software platform experience is a plus but not requiredCan multi-task various projectsSolving problems must come easily to youComplete a background checkProfessional communication and phone skillsBilingual communication skills are a plusBenefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually, including overtime and bonuses, and is dependent on your experience and performance.
