Serve as System Test lead for major applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher level managersResearch and review system design and technical documentation in order to develop detailed system test estimate, design and planning documentsDevelop and maintain: requirements traceability matrices, system test plans, system test scenarios and manual and automated test scriptsExecute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of testsDevelop automated test scripts and executePrepare and manage system test dataDocument and communicate test status and results; Track, report and validate defects and work with the team on resolutionPrepare formal written test estimatesDeliver adhoc written and oral presentations related to system testingEffective communication with peers and managersAttend project/scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting contentInteract with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations/Show & TellAbility to work in both agile and waterfall MethodologiesIdentify testing strategies for security enhancements and reduce blockers for manual/ automated scripts in non-production environmentsMust Have Skills:
HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e. ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing)Database query tools and writing SQL (i.e. Toad, AQT, etc.)Office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office and other tool setsSystem testing of large complex JAVA applicationsAgile Methodology/TestingSecurity TestingAnalyzing and Executing batch processing jobsGIT, Nexus, & Jenkins for Continuous TestingCertifications or Desired Skills:
Prior experience in Unemployment services a plusPrior experience implementing security measures
