What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Review and process applications for funding, ensuring timely completion 30 days prior to grantee refunding datesPrepare and track grants through the review and funding process, including detailed documentation and communication with granteesMonitor the accuracy and timeliness of grant applications and financial reporting documentsCorrespond regularly with grantee staff to address ongoing fiscal performance and compliance issuesPrepare grant closeouts, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Accounting, Business Management, or a related field2+ years of progressive professional experience2+ years of experience in federal discretionary grants management or financial management1+ years of experience in data aggregation, analysis, and reporting1+ years of experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience with Grant Solutions softwareBackground and training in accounting or financial management, including audit resolution activities
